Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipping, delivery, and logistics processes of orders placed on the Platform operated by Bayhue Consumer Pvt Ltd.
1. Shipping Locations
1.1 The Company currently ships products across India, subject to serviceability of the customer’s pincode by its logistics partners.
1.2 International shipping is not supported unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Order Processing
2.1 Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
2.2 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2.3 The Company may experience delays during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Delivery Timelines
3.1 Standard delivery timelines are:
a. Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
b. Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
3.2 Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays arising from logistics partners, weather conditions, or operational disruptions are beyond the Company’s control.
4. Shipping Fees
4.1 Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
4.2 Free shipping thresholds may apply as per prevailing offers.
5. Order Tracking
5.1 Once dispatched, customers will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
5.2 Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier’s website.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
6.1 In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to the Company.
6.2 Any re-delivery charges shall be borne by the customer.
