Refunds & Cancellations Policy

This Refunds & Cancellations Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which orders placed on the website (“Platform”) operated by Bayhue Consumer Private Limited, a company incorporated under the applicable laws of India (“Company”), may be cancelled or refunded.

1. Order Cancellations

1.1 Orders may be cancelled by the customer only before the order has been dispatched.
1.2 Once an order is marked “Shipped,” cancellation requests will not be accepted.
1.3 The Company reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to:
a. unavailability of products,
b. inaccuracies or errors in pricing or product information,
c. suspected fraud, or
d. Force Majeure events.
1.4 In case of cancellation by the Company, a full refund will be initiated to the original method of payment.

2. Returns & Refund Eligibility

2.1 Due to the personal and hygienic nature of beauty, skincare, and personal-care products, the Company does not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products.
2.2 Returns will only be accepted in the following circumstances:
a. product delivered is damaged or defective,
b. incorrect product was shipped,
c. the product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery.
2.3 The customer must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by:
a. order ID,
b. clear images or videos of the issue,
c. unopened/unused condition of the product (where applicable).

3. Inspection & Approval

3.1 All returned products are subject to inspection.
3.2 Approval or rejection of a return/refund request will be communicated within 5–7 business days from receipt of the returned item.

4. Refund Method & Timelines

4.1 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to the payment gateway or issuing bank’s timelines.
4.2 Shipping charges, COD fees, and convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is attributable to the Company.

5. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refunds:

  • products purchased during Sale or promotional periods,

  • free gifts or bundled items,

  • products described as “non-returnable” at checkout.
